The Admissions Procedures document will give you an overview of our admissions process.

In order to receive an application packet, please call Susan Krim, Admissions Associate. The Applicant Checklist will let you know what supporting documents we will need to accompany the application so that you can begin to gather the necessary reports and materials.

The Classroom Checklist and the Release of Information forms are available for you to give to therapists, teachers, and other school personnel.
